Drive a Legend Developed for Group B races, the 037 Rally was a rear-wheel drive car with race-spec chassis, midship 300hp-plus supercharged 2-liter DOHC inline-4 engine, and aggressive Pininfarina-designed body. It blew away the competition with a one-two finish in the 1983 season-opening Monte Carlo Rally and continued in the same vein with victories in the 5th, 6th, 7th and 10th races bringing it the manufacturers' championship. The molded body expertly captures the dashing 037 Rally form with distinctive spoilers front and rear. Separate parts depict windshield wipers, side mirrors and quad front fog lamps; recreations of lights use metal-plated and clear lens parts for superb realism. Also included are interior parts (with driver and co-driver depictions), plus stickers to depict sponsor logos. The shaft-driven 4WD TA02-S chassis offers great performance with 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension, CVA oil dampers, realistic semi-gloss plated wheels and racing semi-slick tires.
