Pull off the protection foil on the display. The unit is now ready to use. - Choose h/m (hours / minutes) or m/s (minutes/seconds) display by the sliding switch at the back of the instrument. - Choose beep, flash or vibrate alarm by the sliding switches at the back of the instrument. Count down timer: - Push the h/m or m/s button to set the desired time. - Push the Start/Stop button to start the countdown process. - You can stop and continue the count-down by pushing the Start/Stop button. - When the timer counts down to zero, the adjusted alarm signals will appear. To turn off the alarm, press the Start/Stop button. - After the alarm has stopped the timer will recall the last selected time automatically. - Push the h/m and m/s button at the same time to reset the timer. Count up timer: - Push the Start/Stop button to start the count up process. - You can stop and continue the count up by pushing the Start/Stop button. - When the timer counts down to zero, the adjusted alarm signals will sound. Mounting: - Use the magnet or the clip at the back of the timer for fixing.
