The NADAL® Waaler Rose Latex Agglutination Test provides a qualitative or semi-quantitative detection of rheumatoid factor (RF) in human serum, plasma or cerebrospinal fluid. A clumping of stabilised sheep-erythrocytes occurs when sensitised against IgG (Immunoglobulin G) rabbit erythrocytes and mixing samples containing RF.
