Composite foam is a compacted foam made from recycled polyurethane foam chips that are permanently bonded, surface-laminated with a black polyester fleece. Self-adhesive coating with a high-quality, acrylate-based adhesive system

Main function: Airborne sound absorption and airborne sound insulation, structure-borne sound insulation (anti-drumming)

Applications: Sound insulating cabinets, vehicle cabs, mechanical engineering, etc.

Processing:

• Thoroughly clean the surface to remove any dust, grease, oil and water. Make sure to apply adhesive generously over the entire surface. As contact pressure is crucial for adhesion when using cold bonding systems, ensure that the parts are pressed together firmly and evenly, e.g. using a pressure roller
• Processing temperature: 18 - 25°C

Storage: Dry at temperatures of 18 - 35°C, storage time: 6 months
