The three-dimensional (3D) spheroid model can better simulate the three-dimensional cell networks, cell-matrix, and cell-cell interactions and is ideally suited for drug screening, in vitro tumour research and exploration of stem cell differentiation and sorting.
The 3DSphearoä Ultra-low Adsorption surface has been designed for spheroids (e.g. 3D tumour spheroids) and organoid cultures. The surface has been subjected to a special gel treatment, which gives the cell culture dish extremely strong anti-protein adsorption and anti-cell adhesion. This promotes the suspension growth of cells and enables fast, consistent, and reproducible cell spheroid culture.
